Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management and post-treatment needs, and participates in activities that ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. They collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and communicate personalized care plans, considering physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- RN license required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to diverse patient needs.
