Role Overview: This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility in scheduling. The role involves managing direct reports, overseeing patient care, staff performance, and departmental operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel, including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
- Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, responding to business changes as needed.
- Provide and supervise patient care according to individualized plans, documenting interventions appropriately.
- Create collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, handle disciplinary actions, and coordinate staffing needs, including overtime and scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years minimum; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
- Skills: Leadership, staff management, patient care coordination, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
