Role Overview:
Seeking a PRN MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, and radiology on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and managing on-call and portable exams. Candidates should have at least an associate degree in a related field and hold certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and safety.
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
- Conduct studies independently, including on-call and portable exams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification in radiologic technology (R.T.(R)) or relevant licenses (e.g., IEMA, RTR, CT, MR).
- Preferred experience of 2+ years in medical imaging modalities such as MRI or CT.
- Additional certifications like CPR and IV Therapy are advantageous.
