Role Overview: The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Responsibilities: Prepare patients and equipment, provide clear instructions with professionalism, and independently conduct radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: An associate degree or equivalent trade school education, current Radiology Technologist license, and IEMA certification for Illinois (excluding MRI). Preferred candidates have at least 2 years of experience and CPR certification. No prior supervisory experience or pediatric experience is required.
