Role Overview:
Seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist with experience in hand therapy to provide outpatient care in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments or pain, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Delegating tasks to assistants and documenting care according to policies are key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist License
- Experience in hand therapy preferred; no supervisory experience required
Key Duties:
- Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment
- Educate and consult with patients, families, and other providers; make referrals as needed
- Delegate interventions to team members based on skill levels
- Complete accurate documentation for all evaluations and treatments
