Role Overview
We seek a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a hybrid acute/inpatient setting. The role involves developing treatment plans, delivering skilled therapy, and considering discharge needs and equipment requirements. You will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing education, making referrals, and delegating tasks to assistants and students based on their competencies. Accurate documentation in line with departmental policies is essential, alongside conducting assessments and reassessments for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- No prior experience required; Master’s Degree in PT is preferred
