Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring patient and family-centered care. Qualifications & Skills:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
- RN license required
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; 2 years preferred
- Peritoneal Dialysis experience is preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Key Duties:
