Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Maintains a safety-sensitive approach, working in a vigilant and safe manner.

Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
