Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive inpatient nursing care, adhering to established standards and utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout their stay.
- Educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with competencies in patient assessment, care coordination, teamwork, problem-solving, and patient safety.
