Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical and psychosocial needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program (required), bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and patient-centered care skills. Ability to work in a clinical environment and adhere to policies.
