Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinate and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities, and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates compassionate care, strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures. Ability to work in a clinical environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
