Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.
Additional Details: Work involves rotating shifts with weekend and holiday coverage.
