Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans based on patient responses.
- Coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff, and families to address patient needs and discharge planning.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper handling of medical devices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The position requires working hours of 7a-7:30p, including every other weekend and holidays.
