Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluating and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participate in evidence-based decision-making, quality and safety initiatives, and unit-based activities.
- Ensure patient safety, promote positive interactions, and coordinate care to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and participate in quality improvement activities.
Additional Details: The role involves caring for patients with diverse medical conditions, primarily in private and semi-private rooms, with onsite therapy services. Candidates should be adaptable, compassionate, and committed to high standards of care and safety.
