Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a high-acuity cardiac unit.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conduct assessments; develop and coordinate individualized care plans; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; delegate tasks; troubleshoot equipment; participate in quality and safety initiatives; promote teamwork and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from an accredited program; passion for cardiac care; ability to work in a dynamic environment; strong communication and teamwork skills; willingness to learn and grow. Cardiac experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Info: Work hours are from 7pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend and holidays. The unit features centralized monitoring, continuous video surveillance, and virtual nursing.
