Role Overview: Responsible for performing standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, operating equipment, and maintaining related records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiological procedures with proper patient positioning, identification, and exposure techniques.
- Operate all equipment within the modality proficiently.
- Set up immobilization and radiation protective devices.
- Assess patient body size, condition, and suspected pathology to optimize examinations.
- Assist physicians during procedures.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance and control activities.
- Contribute to the educational training of students.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology. Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhere to policies, and demonstrate technical competence and attention to detail.
