Role Overview: This position involves leading assessments and redesigns of healthcare provider revenue cycle and patient access functions, utilizing AI tools and process automation to enhance operational efficiency. The Manager will collaborate with clients to incorporate AI capabilities across clinical, administrative, and financial systems, ensuring optimized workflows and improved patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent and team-based evaluations of healthcare revenue cycle capabilities through site observations, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
- Leverage AI technologies such as EHR, CRM, automation, and analytics to improve revenue cycle and patient access processes.
- Design or redesign business processes integrating AI solutions, including RPA and IA, aligned with client needs and methodologies.
- Manage program activities, prepare engagement documentation, and present findings to healthcare clients.
- Perform research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives supporting project deliverables.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee resource management, and serve as a performance management leader for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or healthcare industry roles, with at least two years managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience implementing AI tools across healthcare revenue cycle functions and analyzing large data sets with advanced analytics.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in scheduling, clinical documentation, financial clearance, and patient flow.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
