Role Overview:
Seeking a Full-Time General Radiology Technologist (Imaging) to provide diagnostic imaging support in a leading hospital setting.
Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, performing radiographic examinations independently, and supporting imaging needs in various units such as ED and ICU. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care with professionalism, conducting portable and on-call procedures, and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications required are an Associate’s Degree or Trade School equivalency (applicants enrolled in radiology programs within 6 months are encouraged to apply), certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))), and Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferred experience includes 2+ years in radiology, with additional certifications like Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation advantageous.
Skills include patient communication, technical proficiency, and familiarity with imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and radiologic procedures.
