- Perform staffing and payroll management, including scheduling, overtime, and performance reviews.
- Ensure a safe work environment, adhering to safety-sensitive protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid RN licensure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and telemetry monitoring.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
