Role Overview: This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff to meet departmental goals. Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes. Provide direct patient care aligned with age and developmental needs, documenting interventions. Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and treatment. Manage staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions. Ensure safety protocols for staff and patients are followed.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. 2-5 years of RN experience; supervisor experience preferred for advanced roles. Current RN licensure.
