Role Overview:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care setting, collaborating with a renowned medical team to support a diverse patient population.
- Establishes and executes individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
- Educates patients, families, and healthcare providers; makes referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, assessing their competency levels.
- Completes documentation aligned with departmental policies.
- Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT); Master’s degree preferred.
- License as a Physical Therapist.
- No prior experience required, but licensure is essential.
Key Duties:
- Work four 10-hour shifts, including weekend/holiday rotation.
- Participate in professional development with a CEU budget.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
