Responsibilities:
- Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and manage professional development.
- Participate in departmental staffing and budget planning, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Manage patient care delivery, documentation, and implementation of treatment plans.
- Coordinate staffing schedules, approve payroll, and handle staff communications and meetings.
- Recruit, interview, and evaluate staff, addressing disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure operational efficiency aligned with leadership directives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years for leadership role; 5-10 years for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
- Leadership experience is preferred, with prior supervisory experience beneficial.
