Role Overview:
Providing direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while actively participating in professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- RN licensure with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience (preferred 2 years).
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
