Radiology Technologist (PRN)

Role Overview:

This PRN Radiology Technologist performs general diagnostic radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric patients, supporting diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, conducting independent imaging examinations, including portable and emergency room procedures, with occasional involvement in the Operating Room. The role requires working with advanced imaging equipment, such as Siemens, Samsung, and Carestream systems, and collaborating with surgical teams using cutting-edge diagnostic tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and ARRT registration
  • Licensing requirements may include IEMA (excluding MRI)
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience, CPR certification

  • Perform radiographic procedures independently and in varied settings
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety, provide clear instructions
  • Work with multiple imaging modalities and equipment
  • Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service
