Emergency Room – Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and participation in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Nurses collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid RN license.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years preferred for advanced roles.
