Role Overview:
Provides high-quality patient care for individuals experiencing acute medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals in coordination with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.
- Participating in activities that promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications and Skills:
- RN license required; Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree minimum, Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience is not mandatory, but 2+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Ability to work safely, demonstrate critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
