Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in a community-based care unit, open to both new graduate and experienced Registered Nurses.
This role offers a stable day-shift schedule, with PRN opportunities requiring a minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks, shift differentials, and shift options of two 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
- Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Developing and communicating individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
Qualifications include:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- RN license required.
- No prior experience necessary; 2+ years of experience preferred for advanced roles.
