Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree and be licensed as an RN. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. No supervisory experience required.
