We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion.
- Developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families, and revising goals as needed.
- Providing patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
- Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality.
- Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment through effective communication and professionalism.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid OT licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, and basic computer proficiency.
