Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, fostering a respectful and compassionate environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while adhering to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes.
They promote safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
