Position Overview

As a Caregiver, your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on support to residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting any changes. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Benefits & Compensation: The role offers a pay range of $17.20 – $21.55, with benefits including health plans, retirement savings, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth.
