Role: Manager in Healthcare AI Revenue Cycle Management within the Provider Modernization Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess provider organization capabilities across patient access and revenue cycle functions through site observations, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and process mapping. Leverage AI tools to enhance revenue cycle and access functions, including EHR, CRM, payment management, automation, and analytics. Design or redesign business processes integrating AI solutions like RPA and IA for improved efficiency, adapting methodologies to complex situations. Manage program activities, prepare engagement work papers, briefings, and status reports for healthcare clients. Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and develop narratives to support project deliverables and presentations. Lead and mentor internal teams, oversee performance reviews, and ensure project goals are met.Qualifications & Skills: Minimum five years of consulting experience in operations improvement, systems integration, or relevant industry expertise. At least two years of supervisory experience managing teams. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business, MIS, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting. Experience applying AI tools to healthcare revenue cycle processes, with proficiency in analytics, data visualization, and workflow design. Deep understanding of AI’s role in clinical, operational, and financial aspects of healthcare. Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills.
