Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and participate in decision-making to improve patient outcomes. Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and quality and safety initiatives. Promote compassionate care, safety, and patient satisfaction throughout the care continuum.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program (required), Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred). Possess strong clinical judgment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Duties: Perform nursing assessments, implement care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient responses, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Contribute to evidence-based practice and organizational quality initiatives while maintaining accountability for unit metrics.
