Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities include: Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies; contributing data to assessments; addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; reinforcing patient and family education; participating in discharge planning; evaluating intervention effectiveness; collaborating with healthcare team; participating in evidence-based practice decisions; mentoring new staff and students; and supporting unit-based decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills: Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; ability to coordinate patient care; demonstrate compassionate interactions; and meet qualifications for the specific patient population.
