We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and developing individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participating in evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety programs, and unit decision-making.
- Engaging in patient and family education, discharge planning, and holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
- Ability to work in a clinical environment with adherence to policies and procedures.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and safety initiatives.
Position Details:
- 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (36 hours/week).
- Shift includes day/night rotation with every other weekend and holiday work.
- Shared scheduling with block process.
