Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care in a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs; coordinate interdisciplinary care; administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with team members; ensure patient safety and satisfaction; participate in quality and safety initiatives; troubleshoot equipment issues; and support unit and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program; ability to perform assessments and provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
Additional Details: Night shift with flexible self-scheduling, every other weekend and holiday.
