Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate response to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in decision-making based on evidence-based practices and quality safety initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper handling.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and promote safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety and quality improvement.
