Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates individualized care plans, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, evaluates intervention effectiveness, and participates in quality and safety initiatives. Ensures compassionate, patient-centered interactions and promotes safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Demonstrates strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in evidence-based practice.
