Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, contributing to assessments, care planning, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics following policies. Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains. Reinforce patient and family education and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs. Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and unit-based initiatives. Mentor and precept new staff and students, fostering a positive learning environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Meet licensing and scope of practice standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate care skills. Ability to work in a clinical environment adhering to policies and procedures.
