Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct nursing care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while ensuring policy adherence.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
- Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and promoting positive health outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate care and prioritize patient needs.
Additional Details: Work involves clinical environment duties, with responsibilities to ensure quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Must participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered interactions.
