Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family education to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Evaluate nursing interventions’ effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to meet patient needs and solve care-related issues.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Adhere to policies and standards, demonstrating compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing; compassionate, team-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
