Join as a Night Shift Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) and leverage your Medical/Surgical and Telemetry expertise in a flexible, growth-oriented role.
Designed for experienced night-shift nurses, this position involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units, with the ability to work in diverse clinical environments, including occasional mid-shift transitions.
You will have the opportunity to expand your skills through cross-training in ICU and Emergency Department, within a collaborative night shift team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
- Participating in safety, quality, and compliance activities, and professional development.
- Developing and communicating individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible float environment with adaptability to various clinical settings.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.
- RN licensure required.
