Role Overview:
Provides direct pediatric patient care by assisting with rooming patients, triage, callbacks, vaccinations, and supporting providers during procedures.
Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.
Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, supporting patient education and documentation in compliance with protocols.
Supports providers in daily patient management, offering oversight to clinical staff, and ensures adherence to clinical and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years; additional experience preferred for advanced roles.
- Licenses & Certifications: RN license, BLS certification.
