Role Overview:
Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in the home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and instruction based on physician orders.
Responsibilities include:
- Instructing patients and families in treatment procedures
- Re-evaluating patients and adapting therapy plans for optimal outcomes
- Assisting patients with occupational therapy activities and use of supportive devices
- Collaborating with physicians and practitioners to refine treatment and integrate care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Driver’s License and OT Licensure
- No prior experience required

- Work in the North Territory with a 40-hour work week during standard business hours
Key Duties: Providing comprehensive home care services, including skilled nursing, hospice, rehabilitation, and specialized programs, in a JCAHO-accredited setting, serving a broad regional area.
