Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the ENT/plastic reconstructive division in a top-ranked surgical unit. This on-site role involves creating and implementing staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborating with team members and external organizations to develop training, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The position requires partnering with leadership to identify educational needs and fostering ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BSN required; RN license essential
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience not mandatory
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification
