Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication across care transitions.
- Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
- Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN license, no prior experience required.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
- Must work in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safety awareness.
