Role Overview:
Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with hand therapy experience for outpatient care in a multidisciplinary setting. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. The therapist will delegate tasks to assistants and aides, ensuring appropriate interventions, and document all activities per departmental policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
- Provide patient education, make referrals, and consult with other healthcare professionals.
- Delegate interventions to team members based on skill levels and competencies.
- Complete accurate documentation of treatments and assessments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- Valid Physical Therapist License.
- No prior experience required; supervisory experience is not mandatory.
