Role Overview:
The House Supervisor provides 24/7 administrative oversight of patient care and hospital departments, acting as a liaison between administration and staff. Responsibilities include
- Managing staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
- Supervising safe patient care delivery and responding to special circumstances
- Assisting with clinical operations, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborating across departments to optimize service integration
- Participating in budget planning and adherence to operational goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree with RN licensure
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of relevant experience
