Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. The nurse promotes patient-centered care, educates families on managing illnesses, and participates in activities to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure.
