Join a specialized surgical progressive care unit as a Clinical Nurse and provide high-acuity care to postoperative patients recovering from complex surgeries such as transplant, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, trauma, and vascular procedures.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, promoting patient and family-centered healing, educating on post-treatment needs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Develop individualized care plans, communicate effectively across care teams, and incorporate psychosocial and cultural considerations into care delivery.
